The EMPOWER project is a nonprofit to serve a wider range of individuals (not just those who are eligible for VRS services) and create new opportunities for individuals to gain job skills, experience, and employment. These may include cashier training, IT certifications, art-based skill development, and even a Dungeons & Dragons social skills group – all aimed at enhancing workplace readiness.

The EMPOWER Project’s mission is to empower underserved individuals and under-represented communities to achieve personal and professional goals through person-centered training and support.
